That’s me. At least the old me.
It’s a shot my wife took in our living room after I first started putting my new system into action.
At the time I weighed over 200 pounds. I’m only 5’9… so that’s a full 40 pounds overweight.
Almost as fat as I’d ever been.
I looked and felt horrible.
And as much denial as I was in back then, I never wanted to admit to myself that 40 pounds on my small frame made me clinically obese.
But that was then… This is now!
Here’s me after shedding more than 38 pounds… washing away 24.5 pounds of FAT (not water weight) in only 9 weeks, once I perfected my ground breaking Attack The Fat system.
From over 200 pounds… to 162.
From a keg to a 6-pack.
And a dangerous 30% body fat percentage (the clinical benchmark for obesity)… to a fit and trim almost “Fitness model” 9%.
Now… at 38… I’m in better shape than when I toured as a professional athlete in my 20’s. Well… if you can call riding around in a golf cart being an “athlete.” (grin)
